Salty Tree is a special kind of tree that knows exactly how to stand tall, shake off the rain and grow leaves of every color in any kind of weather. 鹽樹是一種特別的樹,它深諳如何挺拔屹立、抖落雨水,並在任何天氣中長出五彩繽紛的葉子。

Storms are unpredictable. Sometimes we don’t know where to start, and we bottle up our problems and feelings inside. We might feel overwhelmed, shut down, or feel like we have lost our bright, salty-like spark. 風暴是不可預測的。有時我們不知道從何開始,把問題和感受封鎖在心裡。我們可能會感到不知所措、封閉自我,或覺得失去了原本明亮且如鹽般的閃耀火花。

At Salty Tree, we help individuals reconnect with their innate sense of wonder, play, and resilience. The name Salty Tree originates from how young trees learn how to grow strong and vibrant even when the soil around them seems harsh. We are all just like those resilient trees. 在「鹽樹」,我們協助每個人重新連結與生俱來的奇妙感、遊戲心與韌性。這個名字源於小樹如何在看似惡劣的土壤中學會茁壯並充滿活力地成長。我們都像這些充滿生命力的樹木一樣。

Art therapy does not require artistic talent. It uses color, textures, and metaphors to safely process what verbal logic cannot reach. 藝術治療不需要任何藝術天賦。它利用色彩、質地與隱喻,安全地處理言語邏輯無法觸及的內在。

Sometimes feelings have no words and are unexplainable, but we can give them shape through colors, lines, or textures. When we feel angry, worried and upset, we invite our clients to use different art media to express themselves. 有時情緒無法用言語表達、難以解釋,但我們可以透過色彩、線條或紋理為它們塑形。當感到憤怒、憂慮和沮喪時,我們邀請案主使用不同的藝術媒介來表達自己。
